A practical path forward

Turn learning into useful work

The Agentiv AI Enablement Program helps teams in Thailand apply AI to real business processes through a 10-person-day engagement. It allocates one day to scoping, eight days to facilitated learning and guided workflow and agent building, and one follow-up day approximately a month after the final session. Delivery can be scheduled across departments and shorter sessions.

Your next step

Your team has access to AI. Now they need a way to put it to work.

AI access does not tell employees which tasks to change, how to check an answer or when human judgment is essential. Without guidance, practices can remain inconsistent across departments. Your people deserve relevant practice and support. We connect AI skills to real processes, help teams develop initial solutions and establish an adoption plan they can continue using after the sessions finish.

Useful skills across the team

Develop practical prompting, evaluation and responsible-use habits around representative work. Participants learn how to review outputs and recognize where the selected tools need clearer instructions or human oversight.

Solutions shaped by real processes

Move from broad ideas to defined use cases with users, inputs, outputs and success criteria. Teams learn to map the process before building, making their prototypes easier to explain and evaluate.

A path to continued adoption

Give the initiative business owners, a prioritized backlog and follow-up actions. Review what has been used after training so the next decisions reflect actual experience rather than attendance alone.

Who this helps

  • Business leaders introducing a coordinated approach to AI across teams or departments.
  • Organizations that want employees to progress beyond basic prompting into workflow and agent design.
  • Department heads with real processes and examples that participants can work on.
  • Teams willing to allocate time for practice, feedback and business ownership between sessions.

What we help you do

Leave with work you can put to use.

Scope, readiness and success measures

One person-day dedicated to understanding the account, selecting relevant work and planning delivery. We agree participating teams, available tools, access requirements and realistic learning and prototype objectives.

Foundations and practical AI skills

Facilitated learning using role-relevant examples. Coverage includes prompting, working with information, evaluating outputs and applying the organization's agreed data-handling rules.

Solution design and guided building

Eight person-days of facilitated delivery in total, covering foundations, practical solution design, workflow building and agent building. The schedule can be split into shorter sessions across departments.

Reusable materials and initial prototypes

Training materials, prompt and planning templates, documented use cases, and initial workflow and agent prototypes developed during the engagement. These are learning outputs that can inform a subsequent production project.

Adoption roadmap and follow-up review

Recommendations for ownership, next priorities and continued practice, plus one person-day approximately one month after the final session to review adoption, difficulties and the next improvement opportunities.

Build capability around your departments' daily responsibilities.

Different teams can need different starting points: customer-facing staff may need stronger drafting and checking habits, while operations teams need clearer instructions and repeatable handoffs. We agree a coordinated learning plan with the business owners rather than assuming every department should build the same solution. The use cases below are illustrative learning topics, not completed client work.

Develop reviewed customer-response routines

Practice drafting from approved information, identifying missing details and routing uncertain answers for human review. Where Thai and English examples are relevant, agree who checks meaning, tone and terminology.

Prototype a departmental handoff workflow

Map a request passed between sales, administration and delivery teams. Build an initial workflow that prepares structured information while keeping approvals and exception decisions with the responsible staff.

Design an internal process guide prototype

Use selected, approved procedure material to explore an agent that helps staff locate relevant guidance. Test what happens when a question is ambiguous or the source information is incomplete.

A clear plan

Agree the outcome. Do the work. Take the next step.

Scope the work that matters

Agree the business priorities, participating teams and tool environment. Choose practical examples and define what participants should be able to do at the end of the program.

Learn, design and build

Guide teams from foundations into process design and initial solution building. Use exercises and review points to connect each new capability to a business need.

Apply, review and improve

Support a clear handover into team ownership. At the follow-up, review what has been tried, compare early evidence with the starting measures and prioritize further work.

What we agree before starting

  • Ten person-days describe total delivery effort, not ten full classroom training days for every participant.
  • The proposed allocation is one scoping day, eight facilitated delivery days and one follow-up day. Session timing and departmental allocation are agreed in the delivery plan.
  • Participants need suitable devices, agreed platform access and permission to work with the selected examples.
  • Use approved or anonymized information and identify who can authorize data access and changes to business processes.
  • Production hardening, complex integrations, software subscriptions and ongoing support are separate unless expressly included in the statement of work.

Delivery in Thailand

  • Ten person-days represent total delivery effort: one scoping, eight facilitated delivery and one follow-up, not ten classroom days per participant.
  • Agree the departmental allocation, learning language and review of any Thai or English sample content during scoping.
  • Nominate process owners and arrange approved tools, participant access and practice time. Initial prototypes require further validation before operational use.

How we evaluate progress

  • Agree baseline tasks and assess whether participants can complete them with appropriate instructions, output checks and human review.
  • Track use-case quality, prototype completion and assigned ownership alongside participation.
  • At follow-up, review actual usage, observed time or quality changes and obstacles to adoption. Validate claimed improvements with consistent task samples.

Make a focused start

Give your people a practical path from learning to doing.

Share the teams you want to involve and the work you want to improve. We will map a delivery plan around your priorities and available time.

Share your business goal, intended users and current tools. We will agree the scope and delivery arrangements in a proposal.

Questions, answered

AI Enablement Program in Thailand: frequently asked questions

Can the Thailand program be organized around several departments?

Yes. The delivery plan allocates the eight facilitated person-days across agreed teams and session lengths, with common foundations and role-relevant exercises where appropriate.

How will you review adoption after the sessions?

The follow-up day, approximately one month after the final session, reviews actual use, selected work, practical difficulties and next actions with the nominated owners.

Does this include ten days of training?

No. Ten person-days cover one day of scoping, eight of facilitated learning and building, and one follow-up day.

Can the program be split across departments?

Yes. Session length, department coverage, cohort sizes and the allocation of the eight facilitated days are agreed during scoping.

Which AI platforms will we use?

That depends on your environment and selected use cases. We agree the platform mix, access and licence requirements before delivery.

Will the workflows and agents be ready for production?

Not automatically. Initial prototypes may need additional testing, permissions, monitoring and engineering before operational use.

How is the program different from a three-day bootcamp?

Enablement includes account scoping, more facilitated delivery effort and a later adoption review. Bootcamp is a concentrated three-day experience.

What happens at the one-month follow-up?

We review adoption, selected work, practical difficulties and next priorities, identifying where further learning or technical development is needed.
