Your next step

An AI licence is useful when people know how to apply it.

Your team may have an AI solution but use only a small part of its capability. Employees can struggle with uneven answers or uncertainty about which information they can share. You deserve more than isolated experimentation. We help participants practice useful techniques around relevant tasks, giving them repeatable methods and a clearer understanding of when to trust, refine or reject an output.

Confidence with the selected platform

Understand the features relevant to the team's work and practice completing agreed tasks. Participants gain a more consistent starting point than they would from exploring menus or copying isolated prompts.

Better instructions and stronger review

Learn to provide context, define the required output and refine results. Build a habit of checking accuracy, relevance and completeness rather than accepting a fluent answer without review.

A practical routine to reuse

Leave with examples and a prompt pack that can support everyday tasks. A quick-reference guide helps participants repeat the techniques and recognize when a question needs human or specialist review.

Who this helps

  • Teams that have selected an AI solution and want to use it more effectively.
  • Business users seeking practical help with writing, summarizing, analysis or other agreed platform-supported tasks.
  • Department heads who want a shared foundation for a cohort of up to 20 participants.
  • Organizations introducing a platform to a new group or refreshing the skills of existing users.

What we help you do

Leave with work you can put to use.

A focused session brief

Before training, agree the solution, participants and priority task types. This keeps the half-day session focused and helps us select demonstrations relevant to the audience.

Tailored demonstrations

Examples that show how the chosen platform can support the agreed work. We explain relevant limitations and distinguish what the tool can assist with from decisions participants must still make.

Hands-on guided exercises

Practical activities where participants write instructions, evaluate responses and refine their approach. The emphasis is on learning a method they can repeat, not watching a presentation.

Prompt pack and quick-reference guide

Reusable examples, prompting patterns and reminders for reviewing outputs and handling information responsibly. Materials reflect the selected solution and agreed training focus.

Training materials and live Q&A

The session materials and time to discuss participant questions. We capture issues that fall outside the training scope so they can be considered through the appropriate next engagement.

Practice the tasks your team needs to repeat tomorrow.

Useful platform training starts with the team's work and experience. We agree the selected solution and build exercises around a small set of relevant tasks, including approved Thai or English examples where appropriate. The examples below illustrate possible training exercises. They do not imply a language-delivery commitment or production implementation.

Draft and check customer correspondence

Practice giving the platform enough context to prepare a response from approved information. Review factual accuracy, tone and any commitments before a person decides whether to use the draft.

Summarize an operational handoff

Use a sample briefing or service note to create a structured summary of responsibilities, missing information and next actions. Check that the platform has not invented an owner or deadline.

Refine internal instructions

Turn an approved procedure into a clearer checklist using the selected platform's available features. Review Thai and English terminology with a nominated person where those examples are included.

A clear plan

Agree the outcome. Do the work. Take the next step.

Choose the solution and tasks

Tell us which platform your team will use and which routine activities matter most. Confirm participant access, internal policies and any examples approved for the session.

Practice with guidance

Work through demonstrations and hands-on exercises in the half-day session. Participants try techniques, inspect results and ask questions while the tasks are still fresh.

Use the materials in everyday work

Apply the prompt pack and guide to suitable tasks after training. Team leaders can reinforce the approach by reviewing a few examples and sharing useful refinements.

What we agree before starting

  • The package covers one half-day session, one agreed AI solution and up to 20 participants.
  • Participants should have a suitable device, working platform access and any licences required for the features being taught.
  • The selected features depend on the platform, account plan and organizational settings available at the time of delivery.
  • Examples must follow your organization's policies. Approved sample or anonymized information can be used for practice.
  • Licence provisioning, account recovery, tenant configuration, custom application development and ongoing support are scoped separately.
  • Examples of a selected solution include ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft 365 Copilot or Claude. One platform is agreed for each session; available features depend on your plan, licence and access settings.

Delivery in Thailand

  • The session covers one half-day, one agreed AI solution and a cohort of up to 20 participants; required platform access must work before delivery.
  • Confirm facilitation language, participant experience and any Thai or English sample requirements when agreeing the session brief.
  • Use approved or anonymized examples. Licences, account setup, tenant administration and custom application development are outside the training scope unless separately agreed.

How we evaluate progress

  • Use a representative exercise to assess whether participants can give clear instructions and identify weaknesses in the resulting output.
  • Check that participants understand the agreed data-handling boundaries and where human review is necessary.
  • After the session, compare selected work samples or task timings using the same criteria. Attendance alone does not demonstrate adoption.

Share your business goal, intended users and current tools. We will agree the scope and delivery arrangements in a proposal.

Questions, answered

AI Solution Training in Thailand: frequently asked questions

Can training for a Thailand team use examples from our own work?

Yes. Propose approved or anonymized examples before the session so we can confirm relevance, suitability and a manageable half-day exercise plan.

Can the session include Thai and English output review?

We can discuss appropriate sample tasks and review responsibilities in the brief. Confirm facilitation language and who will check terminology before booking.

Can you train us on a platform we already use?

Yes. We confirm the solution, available features, account access and learning priorities before tailoring the session.

How many people can attend the session?

The half-day session covers up to 20 participants using one agreed AI solution. Larger cohorts or additional sessions are scoped separately.

Can we cover several AI platforms in the same session?

This package focuses on one solution. A broader platform comparison or multi-tool curriculum requires a different agreed scope.

Do participants need previous AI experience?

No. We agree the starting level and tailor exercises accordingly. Sharing the cohort's experience beforehand helps us prepare.

Are licences and platform setup included?

No. Participants need working access before training. Licences, provisioning and administration are separate unless included in your quotation.

Will we learn how to check AI answers?

Yes. Participants practice reviewing relevance, accuracy and completeness, including when information needs further verification or specialist judgment.
